Initial Consultation

A 30-minute medical evaluation with a licensed clinician. Required before any ongoing care.
Standard Follow-Up
$199
A 15-minute follow-up visit for established patients who are not enrolled in membership.
Ongoing Care Membership
$169
Per billing month, month-to-month, with affirmative consent to automatic monthly renewal.
Medications, laboratory testing, pharmacy charges, supplies, and shipping are separate and are not included in any consultation or membership price.
Medication Costs & Insurance
Veloryn Health offers cash-pay consultations. Prescription medications, laboratory testing, and pharmacy charges are separate from consultation fees.
When clinically appropriate, licensed healthcare providers at Worry Free Wellness, P.C. may send prescriptions to a patient’s preferred pharmacy, including CVS, Walgreens, Costco, or other pharmacies that accept their prescription insurance.
Prescription insurance may help cover eligible medications depending on the patient’s plan, formulary, prior authorization requirements, and pharmacy network. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary.
Some medications may require specialty or compounding pharmacies, where insurance coverage may be limited or unavailable.
All prescriptions are determined by the treating clinician based on individual medical needs. Paying for a consultation does not guarantee a prescription, dispensing, coverage, or a particular price.
Ongoing Care Membership
Membership is available only after the patient completes the $249 initial evaluation and is accepted by the treating provider into ongoing care. There is no public self-enrollment.
Membership Price
$169 per billing month, month-to-month, with affirmative consent to automatic monthly renewal.
Included Benefit
Up to one 15-minute follow-up visit per billing month when clinically appropriate. An unused included visit expires and does not roll over.
Additional Member Follow-Up Visits
$159 each, subject to provider availability and clinical appropriateness.
Other Charges
Medications, laboratory testing, pharmacy charges, supplies, shipping, the initial evaluation, and services not expressly included remain separate.
Secure Messaging
Nonurgent clinical messaging is available through Elation Patient Passport. Email, SMS, public forms, social media, and administrative chat are not approved for clinical information.
Late Cancellation and No-Show Rule
A missed included monthly visit is considered used and does not receive a separate $50 charge. Other appointments remain subject to the published policy.
Pauses and Cancellation
A membership may be paused for up to 90 consecutive days. It may be canceled before the next renewal through the approved online membership-management process. No partial-month refund is provided.
Government-Program Patients
Enrollment is unavailable unless Worry Free Wellness, P.C. separately reviews and approves participation in writing.
