Men’s Hormone Health
Evaluation and treatment for adult men experiencing symptoms that may be associated with a hormonal imbalance, including low energy, changes in body composition, reduced libido, and decreased overall well-being.
Your clinician will review your symptoms, medical history, and appropriate laboratory results before determining whether treatment is medically indicated. Testosterone therapy is not prescribed solely for bodybuilding, athletic enhancement, or increased muscle strength.
Women’s Hormone Health
Personalized support for women experiencing perimenopause, menopause, or other hormone-related concerns.
Care may include evaluation of symptoms, review of relevant laboratory testing, lifestyle recommendations, and prescription treatment when clinically appropriate. Your treatment plan will be based on your individual health history, risk factors, and goals.
Sexual Health
Private, judgment-free evaluation and treatment for common sexual-health concerns affecting adult men and women.
Depending on your needs, care may include a review of contributing medical factors, laboratory testing, lifestyle guidance, and prescription treatment when medically appropriate.

How Care Works

Choose an available appointment time and complete the required intake information before your visit.

Meet With A Licensed Clinician
Attend a secure telehealth consultation to discuss your medical history, symptoms, health goals, and treatment options.

Complete Any Required Testing
Your clinician may order laboratory testing or request additional information before recommending or prescribing treatment.
4.
Receive Your Personalized Care Plan
If treatment is appropriate, your clinician will explain the recommended plan, expected follow-up schedule, potential benefits and risks, and any required monitoring.
Consultation Options
Initial Consultation
$249
A 30-minute medical evaluation with a licensed clinician.
Standard Follow-Up
$199
A 15-minute follow-up visit for established patients.
Ongoing Care Membership
$169
Per billing month, month-to-month, with affirmative consent to automatic monthly renewal.
Ongoing Care Membership Details
Eligibility
Membership is available only after the patient completes the $249 initial evaluation and is accepted by the treating provider into ongoing care.
Included Benefit
Up to one 15-minute follow-up visit per billing month when clinically appropriate. An unused included visit expires and does not roll over.
Additional Member Follow-Up Visits
$159 each, subject to provider availability and clinical appropriateness.
Other Charges
Medications, laboratory testing, pharmacy charges, supplies, shipping, the initial evaluation, and services not expressly included remain separate.
Secure Messaging
Nonurgent clinical messaging is available through Elation Patient Passport. Email, SMS, public forms, social media, and administrative chat are not approved for clinical information.
Late Cancellation And No-Show Rule
A missed included monthly visit is considered used and does not receive a separate $50 charge. Other appointments remain subject to the published policy.
Pauses And Cancellation
A membership may be paused for up to 90 consecutive days. It may be canceled before the next renewal through the approved online membership-management process. No partial-month refund is provided.
Government-Program Patients
Enrollment is unavailable unless Worry Free Wellness, P.C. separately reviews and approves participation in writing.

Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee that a specific medication or treatment will be prescribed. All treatment decisions are made by the treating clinician based on medical history, clinical findings, applicable laboratory results, and professional judgment.
