From Your First Question to Your Initial Consultation.

Learn what to expect when requesting an initial telehealth consultation, meeting with a licensed California healthcare provider, and receiving any recommended next steps. Treatment, medication, prescriptions, and acceptance into ongoing care are not guaranteed.

How the Process Works

01

Request an Initial Consultation

Eligible California adults may schedule an initial telehealth consultation through the approved scheduling system. The public scheduling process collects only the contact and scheduling information needed to arrange the appointment. Required medical information and consent forms will be provided separately through the approved secure clinical system.

Complete Secure Registration and Intake

After the appointment is confirmed, the patient will receive instructions for completing registration, required consent documents, health-history intake, identity verification, and any applicable payment authorization through approved secure systems.

Health history, medications, allergies, symptoms, medical records, identification, and other clinical information must be collected only through the approved clinical workflow—not through the public website or administrative systems.

Meet With a Licensed California Provider

During the secure video consultation, a licensed California healthcare provider through Worry Free Wellness, P.C. will review the patient’s health history, concerns, goals, and any available laboratory information.

The provider will discuss potential care options and independently determine what additional evaluation or next steps may be clinically appropriate. The patient must be physically located in California at the time of the visit.

Complete Testing When Clinically Appropriate

The licensed provider will determine whether laboratory testing or another evaluation is needed. When testing is ordered, the patient will receive instructions for completing it through an appropriate laboratory or other authorized facility.

Recent laboratory results may be considered when clinically appropriate. Testing requirements, timing, availability, and costs vary and should be explained before the patient proceeds.

Receive the Provider’s Recommendation

After completing the necessary evaluation, the licensed provider will determine whether treatment or ongoing care is clinically appropriate.

If medication is appropriate and the provider issues a prescription, it may be transmitted to an appropriately licensed independent pharmacy for patient-specific fulfillment. The pharmacy—not Veloryn Health—is responsible for dispensing and, where legally permitted, shipping the medication.

A consultation does not guarantee treatment, medication, a prescription, same-day fulfillment, or acceptance into ongoing care.

Follow Up When Recommended

Follow Up When Recommended

If the patient is accepted for ongoing care, the treating provider will explain the recommended follow-up schedule, monitoring requirements, and appropriate method for clinical communication.

Follow-up timing varies according to the patient’s needs and the provider’s independent clinical judgment. Veloryn Health may assist with nonclinical matters such as scheduling, billing, and technology, but clinical questions must be directed through the approved clinical system.

Pricing and Payment

The initial consultation costs $249. Individual follow-up visits for established patients cost $199. Laboratory testing, medications, pharmacy charges, supplies, and shipping are not included.

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation fee covers the scheduled telehealth visit with a licensed provider and the provider’s review of information submitted through the approved clinical system. The $249 initial-consultation fee is charged at booking.

Self-Pay Services

Clinical services are currently expected to be offered on a self-pay basis, and insurance billing is not planned for launch. Patients should confirm HSA or FSA eligibility directly with their plan administrator. An itemized receipt may be available upon request but does not guarantee reimbursement.

Laboratory and Medication Costs

If a provider orders laboratory testing or prescribes medication, those costs are separate from the consultation fee unless expressly stated otherwise. Independent laboratories and pharmacies determine their own charges. Medication, testing, and shipping availability vary and are not guaranteed.

Follow-Up Consultation

Follow-up visits are available to established patients when clinically appropriate. Individual nonmember follow-up visits cost $199. Eligible patients accepted into ongoing care may enroll in the approved $169 monthly membership; additional member follow-up visits cost $159 each.

Important Information Before Scheduling

Please review the following information before requesting a consultation. Clinical decisions are made independently by the licensed provider, and a consultation does not guarantee testing, treatment, medication, a prescription, or acceptance into ongoing care.

Laboratory Testing Is Determined By The Provider

Laboratory testing is not automatically required for every patient. The licensed provider will determine whether testing is clinically appropriate based on the patient’s health history, available records, evaluation, and potential care options.

Treatment Is Not Guaranteed

Not every patient will be an appropriate candidate for treatment or ongoing care. The licensed provider will independently evaluate each patient and explain any recommended next steps. Consultation fees are handled according to the applicable payment, cancellation, and refund policies and are not automatically refunded when treatment is not recommended.

Providers Make Independent Clinical Decisions

Clinical services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals through Worry Free Wellness, P.C. Evaluation, testing, diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing decisions are made solely by the treating provider-not by Veloryn Health.

Off-label Use, When Applicable

An FDA-approved medication may sometimes be prescribed for a use, dosage, or method of administration that has not been approved by the FDA. If a provider recommends an off-label use, the provider will explain the clinical rationale, potential benefits, material risks, and available alternatives so the patient can make an informed decision.

Compounded Medications, When Applicable

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. If a provider considers a compounded medication, the provider will explain why it is being considered, its material risks and limitations, and available alternatives before the patient decides whether to proceed.
