Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 23, 2026

Clinical services are provided by Worry Free Wellness, P.C. Appointments are paid in full at the time of booking.

Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments

If you cancel an appointment late or do not attend, Worry Free Wellness, P.C. retains $50 of the prepaid visit fee and refunds the remaining amount. Completed consultations are nonrefundable.

If you miss a follow-up visit included in your Ongoing Care Membership, that monthly visit is considered used. You will not be charged a separate $50 fee for the missed included visit. Other appointments remain subject to this policy.

No fee prohibited by applicable law will be charged to a Medi-Cal beneficiary.

Other Charges and Membership

Medication, laboratory testing, pharmacy, supply, and shipping charges are separate from consultation fees. Membership cancellation and refunds are governed by the approved Ongoing Care Membership Terms. No partial-month membership refund is provided.

Refund Requests

Please submit refund requests through Elation Patient Passport. Use Patient Passport for all questions or messages about your individual care or account. Do not send medical or other sensitive information through ordinary email or public website forms.
